We agree on a checklist during your consultation. Standard plans generally cover kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, and everyday surfaces. Deep cleaning, appliance interiors, and move-in or move-out work are scoped separately.
How much does cleaning cost?
Your price depends on the size and condition of the space, the agreed checklist, and how often you need cleaning. We’ll send a personalized quote for you to approve before any paid service.
Can I schedule recurring cleaning?
Yes. Ask about weekly, biweekly, or monthly home cleaning and custom office or business schedules. Your consultation helps us choose a practical frequency and arrange service dates.
Can you work around our office or school hours?
Tell us about your operating hours, access requirements, and preferred cleaning times. We’ll confirm an appropriate schedule with your quote.
What about cleaning products and sensitivities?
Tell us about allergies, fragrance preferences, pets, and school product requirements before cleaning. We’ll agree on appropriate products and any special instructions as part of your plan.
How do payments work?
After you approve your cleaning quote, use the secure Stripe checkout link. Cards, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available when supported by your account, device, and browser. The consultation itself is free.
Who qualifies for the community discount?
New church and Montessori school clients can receive the advertised discount on their first cleaning. Eligibility is reviewed during the consultation and shown on the approved quote.
Can I change my consultation?
Yes. Use your private appointment link to reschedule to another available time or cancel. If your appointment has already started, contact us so we can help.
